Where can I find my order number?

How do I ship my inclusion to you?

If you ordered a DNA / Breastmilk keepsake, your order confirmation email will contain a link to shipping instructions directly below the name of the piece you ordered. If you do not see the order confirmation email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.

When can I expect to receive my keepsake?

Depending on the quantity and type of your order, production times will vary. For any DNA/Breastmilk keepsake, your order will take no less than 2 weeks. We will do our best to keep you informed on when you should expect your keepsake. You will receive an email notification when the order has shipped.
